Essential Oils for Stress and Emotions Class

Hi there! My name is Sarah Biskobing. I am a Registered Dietitian and I have been helping people recover from their eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder) since 2008. Additionally, for the past three and a half years, I have been teaching others how to support their physical health and emotional well-being with essential oils. Lately, I have been working on combining these two passions by teaching essential oils classes at local mental health clinics. Below you’ll find a section from my class that I just put together. You’ll learn about the limbic system of the brain, how chronic stress affects the body and mind, and how essential oils can have a physiological impact in the body to support our emotional well-being.
