10 Essential Oil Roll-on Recipes

Essential Oil Roll-on Recipe

I’ve been working on planning a “Make and Take” essential oils class and something we’ll be making at the class are essential oil roll-ons! Planning my class inspired this blog post. Try rolling these oils on your wrists, back of the neck, and/or on the bottoms of the feet as desired (don’t be afraid to use them a few times throughout the day).

  1. Sleep Tight: 10 drops Lavender + 10 drops Cedarwood + fill 10-ml roller bottle with carrier oil
  2. Cloud Nine: 5 drops Joy + 5 drops Valor + 5 drops Peace & Calming II + 5 drops White Angelica +  fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil
  3. Seasons Greetings: 20 drops Christmas Spirit + fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil
  4. Just Breathe: 10 drops Eucalyptus + 10 drops RC + fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil. This roll-on provides the most comfort when applied to the bottoms of the feet, chest, and throat.
  5. Wake Up Call: 20 drops En-R-Gee + fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil
  6. Get Stuff Done: 20 drops Clarity + fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil
  7. Just Chillax: 10 drops Stress Away, 6 drops Lavender + 2 drops Bergamot + 2 drops Ylang Ylang + fill 10-ml roller bottle up with carrier oil
  8. I’m Grounded: 20 drops Northern Lights Black Spruce + fill 10-ml roller bottle with carrier oil
  9. Uplift & Refresh: 14 drops Citrus Fresh + 10 drops Joy + fill 10-ml roller bottle with carrier oil
  10. Skin Soother: 10 drops Lavender + 10 drops Purification + full 10-ml roller bottle with carrier oil

To come up with your own essential oil roll-on recipes, simply look up an issue in your reference guide, pick one or a few of the oils listed for that issue, add about 20 drops (or a combo of 20 drops of essential oil) to a 10-ml roller bottle, and fill the rest of the bottle up with carrier oil.
